How long will it take to complete my loft conversion?
The time a project takes to complete varies greatly and is influenced by factors such as size of the project, amount of work involved etc. However, an average estimate would be around 6-8 weeks.
A Dormer loft conversion will take approximatley 10 days longer than a Velux™ loft conversion.

What is the starting price of a loft conversion?
As an approximate estimate, a Velux™ loft conversion starts at around £16,000. This would include a bathroom. A Dormer conversion starts at around £24,000.
Prices can vary depending on the size of the conversion and the complexity of the clients requirements.
There is a standard fee of £600 for drawings and planning application documentation fully refundable on the commencement of work.
